1. The wood flooring has so many different kinds that the price is also varied. Don’t pursue the top grade or the low price blindly. Try to select the most suitable one.
2. Don’t select the wood flooring neither too wide nor too long. It should be accord to the actual position and area. In fact the shorter wood flooring is much better than the loner, the narrower wood flooring is much better than the wider. The smaller, the better. If you want to buy the longer ones, you can select wedge joint board. The back surface of the wide board should have the distortion-resistant slot. The thinner heating floor is better than the thick ones and the general range is from 8mm to 12mm.
3. Don’t select the lumber which has the driest moisture content. It should be consist with the local moisture content and the difference from 1% to 2% is the natural range. Beijing is 11.4%, and Shijiazhuang is 11.8%. The north is much lower and the south is much higher.
